[orientdb] What is max number of edges per vertex?

What is max number of edges per vertex and at what number do you get
performance down grades?

You will not get any performance downgrades because of increase in number
of edges. If you are getting performance issues it's because your queries
are bad. Even in case of true performance bugs, you can always report in
OrientDB github repo and they'll be glad to fix them.
